Ion Channels and Membrane Proteins are an important class of drug targets. However, modeling of such proteins may not be straightforwad due to the complicated environment of the proteins, as well as the potentially multiple binding sites and the varying characteristics of different sites. We are highly intereseted with such targets, and are currently working GABA_AR, NaV, GPCRs and etc.
